A country style, family run luxury loftsuite 40 sq.m, situated in the centre of the picturesque village of Spartia, the Island of Kefalonia, in a quite location, ready to accomodate 2 persons. It is ideal for couples, as it is one space, but it may accomodate families with 1 or 2 children as, 2 sofa beds are provided. A food welcome pack including fresh fruits, vegetables, local wine & olive oil will be provided to our guests upon their arrival.

The area is quiet & the location of the house is very convenient as it is just 1 min walk from the village main square where you may find 2 mini markets, 1 restaurant & 1 café Bar.
How to move arround...
We would advise you to rent a car as there are a lot to see and explore. You may enjoy sightseeing & travelling around the island. The area where we live which is called Levathos is full of the most beautyfull sandy beaches of the island. We strongly recommend for you to visit the beaches close to Klimatsias, Thermantis and Paliolinos but also Avithos, Ai Helis and Pessada. Apart from the beaches don't miss the chance to visit Mount Aenos , the tallest mountain of the Ionian islands with an elavation of 1623 metres.

ECO Use of Water: This is a water wise house! The water recourses are limited on the island. We thank you in advance for ‘’Saving Water’’!!!
Kitchen Sink: please do not throw food down the sink
Oven use: please make sure that you leave the door open a few minutes after use.
Toilet use: please do not throw paper down the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
Garbage: please do not leave garbage outside the door
Hot Water: solar panels
Cooker hood: when cooking, please keep switched on
Each time you leave the attic, please make sure that:
All lights, the boiler for hot water & electrical appliances are switched off The balcony door is closed
The parasol/umbrella is always closed when not in use or when it is windy.
